Job Description:
A company is looking for a Billing Systems Specialist to manage
and support billing systems.
Key Responsibilities
Support daily payment run monitoring and month-end close
processes
Serve as the subject matter expert for payment bugs and collaborate
with various teams to resolve issues
Manage payment systems configuration and participate in system
reviews and post mortems
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology or
equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in payments technical support or a similar
role
3 years of experience in the telecom or cable industry or a similar
field
3 years of experience with Adyen or similar payment solutions
Ability to work non-standard hours, including nights, weekends, and
holidays
