Job Description:

Senior Business Tax Advisor We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Business Tax Advisor to join our team. As a Senior Business Tax Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance, tax preparation, and detailed explanations of tax and technical terms to our customers. You will also have the opportunity to shape the direction of our newest product offerings. Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients/customers per season
• Experience in personal tax preparation and minimum 30 tax returns per tax year preferred
• Commit to a minimum schedule of at least 20 hours/week
• Bookkeeping experience with books to tax preparation is strongly preferred
• Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) and related state licenses
• Must possess or be able to obtain any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds
• Working knowledge of Circular 230
• Proficient with technology and strong customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Must have a dedicated hardwired internet connection and reside in the United States Responsibilities:
  • Virtual, customer-facing role using state of the art video communications software
  • Provide tax advice and full service business return preparation
  • Create high quality customer interactions and experiences
  • Utilize and leverage government websites, professional resources, and team expertise
  • Document customer interactions and work continuously toward meeting company key performance metrics
