  • Hire, develop & motivate team members
  • Lead lending & collection activities

  • Ensure branch compliance Collections Manager/Asssistant Store Manager Requirements: -
    • 2+ years of leadership experience
    • Valid driver's license
    • Good computer, customer service & leadership ability
    • Able to work the listed hours - Collections Manager/Assistant Store Manager Work Hours:
      • 5-day work week
      • 40-45 hours a week
      • Work every Saturday for 5 hours
      • Sunday & a weekday off
