A company is looking for a Billing Supervisor to oversee invoice
preparation and ensure accurate and timely billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the preparation of invoices and maintain accurate billing
records
Manage monthly administrative invoicing for high-profile client
relationships
Lead, coach, and develop billing staff while promoting effective
communication and teamwork
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required
3+ years of experience in billing and collections
Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership potential
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Experience with Power BI and other reporting software
