Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Collections Specialist to join
their remote team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage outreach to clients via phone, email, and letters to reduce
aging accounts receivable
Document all activities related to balance reduction and prepare
updates for leadership
Handle sensitive information confidentially and prepare placement
packages for potential litigation
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous medical and/or call center experience is a plus
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
Ability to compile and organize data effectively
Dedicated work-from-home space in a quiet environment
