Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)
1.Assists with Talent Sourcing. Including but not limited to;
creating job requisitions, placing job ads, interviewing and
managing the candidate process.
2.Coordination of new employee orientations.
3.Provides guidance and direction to associates in a timely
effective manner.
4.Responsible for creating and coordinating paperwork for new
hires, transfers, rehires and terminations.
5.Maintains tuition and certification reimbursement.
6.Produces annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly reports as
necessary.
7.Plans and coordinates employee events, Employee Recognition,
Service Award Program and Charity.
8.Establishes and organizes the maintenance of department records,
ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality. Performs audits as
needed.
9.Works with Corporate and Segment HR personnel on various
information requests.
10.Performs other related responsibilities as may be assigned or
required.
11.Logging performance reviews.
12.Coordination work with external recruiting firm.
