Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative to manage
outstanding accounts receivables.
Key Responsibilities
Contact payers regarding outstanding accounts and resolve
inquiries/issues
Analyze denial management correspondence and review assigned
accounts daily
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external
customers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
6+ months of experience in medical or pharmacy billing or
collections
Knowledge of explanation of benefits (EOB), CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCPS
coding
Ability to work any 8-hour shift during normal business hours of
7:30 am - 6:00 pm CST
Computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft
Windows
