A company is looking for a part-time/contract Social Media
Response Associate to support their digital audience.
Key Responsibilities
Execute a multi-platform strategy for consumer support and
proactive communications
Monitor and analyze consumer sentiment, providing actionable
insights to the team
Engage with the online community, responding to comments and
managing reviews across various platforms
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of relevant customer service and/or social media
experience
Experience in health and wellness or startup environments is a
plus
Familiarity with customer experience and response tools
Strong writing skills with the ability to adopt a specific digital
voice
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup culture
