Company: Mobile Auto SolutionsResponsibilities & Duties:

  • Provide information and direction on vehicle diagnostics and technical solutions to internal customers via telephone and supported equipment
  • Carry out duties in Ann Arbor, MI and remotely connect to vehicles to complete diagnostic scans and calibrations
  • Document all customer interactions in database
  • Work within groups of technicians and software development teams to improve products and services
  • Maximize first time resolution of customer queries
  • Provide training support and basic technical support to customers and employees as required
  • Other duties as requested
  • Work week is Monday-Friday, position hours are 8am - 5pm
  • This is a non-exempt position with no supervisory responsibilities Qualifications :
    • High School diploma or GED required
    • Automotive Repair experience/education required
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace required
    • Superior customer service skills required
    • Strong problem-solving capabilities required
    • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with customers required
    • Ability to multi-task required
    • Embrace a team atmosphere and winning culture Preferred Qualifications:
      • OE/Dealer level diagnostic and programming experience a plus
      • Familiarity with pre/post scanning of automobiles; ADAS/OEM Scan tool experience is preferred
      • 1 to 3 years' experience as an automobile technician
      • ASE L1 certification is a plus (ASE Certification(s), I-Car, MECP and ALLDATA)
      • Familiarity with CCC One platform
      • Collision automotive experience
