Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP of Sales for the Large Employer
segment to oversee commercial activities and drive business
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic efforts to grow the business among large employers
(500-15,000 employees)
Build and maintain executive-level relationships to generate new
business and sales leads
Collaborate with the leadership team to enhance brand equity and
drive product sales across B2B clients
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in direct and indirect sales within the
healthcare and benefits industry
Strong understanding of the healthcare, payer, provider, and
employer benefits ecosystem
Proven track record of engaging new business and building
partnerships
Entrepreneurial mindset with a self-starting attitude and ability
to thrive in a high-growth environment
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and willingness to take
initiative
