You will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed. You will be required to stay abreast of advances in manufacturing technology and management to implement changes and improvements that will maximize safety, quality, productivity and stewardship. Duties and Responsibilities

• Be responsible for plant metrics in the areas of EHS, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.
• Plan, organize, direct and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customer's expectations
