Support Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage integrated product roadmaps for security and end
user services
Enhance existing services and design new services to meet client
needs and compliance requirements
Support product lifecycle management and maintain vendor
relationships for service innovation
Required Qualifications
5+ years of overall IT experience
3+ years of end user experience
3+ years of cybersecurity and compliance experience
Experience in developing managed services portfolios
Foundational understanding of security and end user solutions
