A company is looking for a Manager, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
Forecast call volume demand and manage staff scheduling based on
analysis of historical and anticipated volume
Develop and execute a long-term workforce management strategy,
including systems, tooling, and process development
Manage and optimize staffing schedules to ensure efficient handling
of inbound and outbound call models
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, Organizational Leadership, or
related field, or 4+ years of relevant experience
5+ years of experience in resource/workforce management in a sales
delivery environment
3+ years of experience in a call center environment
2+ years of experience managing a team
Experience in healthcare staffing and scheduling
