About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Learning
and Development to spearhead the design and execution of a global
strategy that fosters both organizational and employee growth. The
successful candidate will be responsible for aligning learning
initiatives with business goals, assessing training needs, and
ensuring the effectiveness of programs through data-driven
evaluation. This leadership role demands a strategic thinker with a
strong background in adult learning theories, and instructional
design, and a proven track record in modernizing and transforming
learning organizations. The VP will lead a diverse team, integrate
learning functions, and partner with senior leadership to identify
skills gaps and develop targeted programs. Innovation, continuous
improvement, and a passion for developing others are essential, as
is the ability to manage a budget and ensure compliance with
relevant regulations.Applicants for the VP of Learning and
Development position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree
in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and have a
minimum of 10 years experience in learning and development,
particularly in a leadership capacity. The role requires excellent
communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, as well as
strong project management abilities. The ideal candidate will be a
data-driven leader, adept at using metrics to evaluate program
success and focused on driving impact throughout the organization.
A background in a fin-tech environment is advantageous. The company
