Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Payer Sales to drive
growth and establish relationships within healthcare payer
organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
Utilize consultative selling techniques to construct and present
innovative capability-based deals
Manage market segments and pipeline development strategies to meet
or exceed sales quotas
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create proposals
and marketing materials that drive client pursuits
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in consultative selling of SaaS-based
technology to the healthcare market
Strong understanding of healthcare technology, including data
activation and value-based care
Proven track record of exceeding multi-million-dollar annual sales
quotas
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred
Ability to analyze market trends and design effective sales
strategies
