Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in marketing program management or similar
roles in a high-growth B2B tech company
Proven track record of developing strategic marketing programs
aligned with company goals
Deep expertise in program management methodologies and quality
control
Experience driving alignment between marketing, sales, product, and
customer success teams
Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools to track KPIs
and measure effectiveness
