Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee a
team of Provisioning Specialists and enhance order fulfillment
processes.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and direct a team of Provisioning Specialists, including
hiring and coaching
Ensure timely completion of orders while maintaining excellent
customer satisfaction
Streamline processes and collaborate with multiple departments to
increase automated order rates
Required Qualifications
At least two (2) years of experience managing people
Previous experience in a fulfillment or customer service role
preferred
B.A./B.S. in a related field or equivalent work experience
Strong business acumen and ability to make timely decisions
Demonstrated ability to develop others and drive teams to achieve
objectives
