Job Description:
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage incident and service request queues for timely
resolution
Coordinate communication between internal teams and stakeholders
regarding service incidents
Track performance metrics and identify areas for process
improvement in service delivery
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or
equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in incident response and major incident
management
Proficient in using cloud service management tools and systems
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud
ITIL Foundation certification or similar; AWS, Azure, or Google
Cloud certification is a plus
