A company is looking for a Tech Lead / Engineering Manager to
create and lead a new engineering team focused on culture, product
development, and team empowerment.
Key Responsibilities
Design and plan application engineering projects while providing
hands-on technical guidance
Champion engineering best practices and monitor key quality metrics
for improvements
Partner with technical stakeholders to optimize the flow of data
across systems
Required Qualifications
2-5+ years of engineering leadership experience
8+ years of overall developer experience
Experience with Java, JavaScript, React, PostgreSQL, and AWS
services
Strong background in building large-scale applications with defined
architectures
Experience in healthcare data or healthtech is a plus
