Key Responsibilities
Build, operate, and lead a webinar series with engaging content
Create just-in-time resources to enhance customer experience with
the product
Collaborate with teams to identify educational needs and develop
solutions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree
10 years of experience with self-serve customer education
strategies
5+ years of experience managing large, cross-functional
projects
Experience in SaaS and recurring revenue businesses
Familiarity with CRM platforms and customer success tools is a
plus
