A company is looking for a Call Center Nurse Case Manager
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide telephonic and virtual support to patients through various
communication channels
Educate patients on treatment options and connect them with
necessary resources
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient
experience and ensure continuity of care
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate's degree in nursing with experience in patient
education
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center environment
within a pharmaceutical company
Current, unrestricted RN or NP license
Preferred Bachelor's degree in nursing
