Key Responsibilities
Manages the lifecycle across all processes within the ITIL v3
framework
Leads the team to implement and improve ITSM processes while
ensuring compliance with best practices
Develops KPIs, metrics, and dashboard reports to evaluate the
effectiveness of ITSM processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in an IT-related field or 10 years of IT
experience in lieu of a degree
7 years of Information Technology experience
ITIL Foundations and IT Service Management certifications
preferred
