Job Description:

What You Do:

• Act as patient advocate, assisting patients who may have concerns.
• Effectively educate patients on the benefits of orthodontic treatment.
• Prepare treatment plans and -make financial arrangements per practice guidelines.
• Prepare and present financial options to encourage patients to say "Yes" to comprehensive care options.What You Need:
  • Electronic billing and billing knowledge.
  • Familiarity with financing such as Care Credit/Lending club and. -
  • Ability to review the patient's clinical history including review of x-rays, notes, and images as needed.
  • Flexibility to use technology including computers, internet, spreadsheets, etc for additional administrative.*** Knowledge in -Eaglesoft is must!*** Minimum 4 years experience as a Dental Financial/Treatment Coordinator is must! PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU ARE NOT EXPERIENCED.
