• Maintains employee health information and administers TB screening, Hepatitis B vaccines, and flu vaccines.
• Coordinates and leads educational programs for staff.
• Coordinates New Employee Orientation.
• Coordinates and leads Nursing Department Orientation.
• Assists with the hiring of RNs and LPNs, as required.
• Satisfies all educational in-service requirements mandated by CHI Living Communities, the department, external accrediting, and regulatory agencies. Job Requirements: Education: Associate s Degree or its equivalent, majoring in Nursing. Registered Nurse currently licensed in the state of Ohio. Experience: Minimum five years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
