  Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x4, 48 hours per week, will accept 36's, EOW, holidays usually required

We all see a good mix of medical patients and our specialties can be seen belowortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, Surgical patients are GI, urology, hysterectomies, mastectomies.Staffing Ratio 1:5-6 for nightsRatios may flex to 8 patients but RN will be paired with LPN for support in these instancesVariety of staff work on this unit and other Med/Surg units (i.e RNs, LPNs, Techs, etc).Floating depends on need- typically float to other units once per week roughlyThere is no guarantee that holiday time off requests will be accepted as holidays are usually required.COVID-19 Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Not RequiredFlu Vaccine (Facility Guideline): Required - Medical Exemptions OnlyUnit: 55-6421 C5 Oncology
