Job Description:

HTS is now hiring an Occupational Therapist to join our team at a continuing care retirement community centrally located near charming East Grand Rapids and Eastown neighborhood in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This Occupational Therapist will conduct evaluations, progress notes, recerts and discharges and provide skilled treatments on a part-time basis, approximately 15 hours per week.

--- Also hiring PRN to work on an occasional, as-needed basis.

Requirements

Applicants must have an active Michigan Occupational Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Michigan license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT -) examination, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.

Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
