    • Staffing Ratio 1:5-6 for nights
    • Will float to other Med Surg units
    • Floating depends on need- typically float to other units once per week roughly36 or 48 hour contracts availableMust be available the entire week of orientation.
      Will float to other Med Surg unitsWill work every other weekend.Other Requirements: Must be willing to work with variety of staff (i.e., RN, LPN, Techs etc.)Cannot guarantee/approve block scheduling at this time
      Michigan RN License (pending license ok, must provide ETA)BLS (AHA) (will accept pending, please confirm willing to obtain)2 Years Med/Surg Experience Preference.Minimum 1 year Required.
      Depending on the unit needs could be placed on the following units. We all see a good mix of medical patients and our specialties can be seen belowortho/neurovascular, cardio/pulmonary, Surgical patients are GI, urology, hysterectomies, mastectomies.Staffing Ratio 1:5-6 for nightsRatios may flex to 8 patients but RN will be paired with LPN for support in these instancesVariety of staff work on this unit and other Med/Surg units (i.e RNs, LPNs, Techs, etc).
      Floating depends on need- typically float to other units once per week roughly
      There is no guarantee that holiday time off requests will be accepted as holidays are usually required.
