  • M-F 12:00-20:30
  • 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN CASE MANAGEMENT, FIRST TIME TRAVELERS ACCEPTED
  • WEEKENDS: none, they would have the opportunity to work on the weekend if they are interested
  • FLOATING: yes, as needed
  • CALL REQUIREMENTS: none
  • Patient Load is 18-21 patients when the dept is fully staffed; the patient load could be more depending on how soon we can fill this need.
  • The dept patient population is inpatient acute care and is a Level 1 Trauma Center
    • Job Requirements
    • Michigan Nursing License
    • 3 Years acute care setting experience
    • BLS
    • Certification in Case Management
    • Experience in acute care case management, discharge planning, utilization management, performance improvement and managed care reimbursement.
      • Additional Details
      • Required to start. If it expires during assignment, they will not be pulled but they must renew and show proof with temp paperwork.
      • Required.
      • Required for ER and as applicable per job description.
