• ACLS needed
• 4 - 6 patient per day, 55 yrs & older
• Performs an initial comprehensive history and physical assessment on new enrollees etc
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
• Assignment details and time entry in online portal
