Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Customer Service Call and
Chat Representative to support healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as an advocate for providers, resolving issues related to
benefits, eligibility, billing, and authorizations
Handle provider inquiries through calls and chat, effectively
triaging and addressing their needs
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure timely resolution of
complex issues and communicate effectively with providers
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
1+ years of customer service experience in analyzing and solving
customer concerns
Experience with computer systems and ability to learn new software
quickly
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during specified hours,
with flexibility for overtime and weekends
Must reside in Florida and have a secure, dedicated work area for
remote work
