What -you would -be doing: -The Certified Nurse -Assistant CNA plays a -vital role at The Orchards and more -importantly -in the lives of our residents and their family members. - -Our -CNA's -establish caring relationships with our residents -and works with them to ensure their comfort and -safety -by attending to their needs and reporting care needs to the members of -the -nursing -team -and -other center team members. - -What -your -work schedule -would be: -12 hours shifts Day and Midnight -The -successful -candidate: -

• must be -a -Certified Nursing Assistant CNA in good standing with the -State -of Michigan -or -a graduate of a state approved nursing assistant training program and -will be scheduled for the -state competency examination within 120 days of employment. -
• Is resident centered, -patient, compassionate, gentle, empathetic and -a -committed -team player. - -
