Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Technical Specialist to
support the Department of Homeland Security/Transportation Security
Administration.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure maximum issue resolution in minimum time to meet Service
Level Agreements
Coordinate customer service activities and assist users with
hardware/software issues
Manage incidents from creation to completion and perform trend
analysis on incidents
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain a DHS Entrance on Duty
clearance
Bachelor's degree with 5 years of experience, or equivalent
experience in lieu of a degree
Experience working in an IT call center environment
Working knowledge of monitoring and management tools such as
Solarwinds and Remedy
Experience in a professional security environment managing multiple
tasks
