Job Description:
A company is looking for a Relationship Specialist to support
and grow partnerships in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
Support and grow the SMB channel of partners
Manage partner requests and ensure smooth transactions through the
financial portal
Build relationships with regional managers and provide coaching to
sales members
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in Product Operations, Customer Service, or
Account Management Support
BS/BA preferred
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and chat support systems
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
environment
Knowledge of the construction or solar industry preferred
