Job Description:

A company is looking for a Blockchain Data Operator to manage exception tickets and investigate reconciliation issues related to blockchain data.

Key Responsibilities

Handle exception tickets in Jira and investigate causes using database queries and blockchain explorer tools
Coordinate with engineers to resolve issues and update tickets with relevant information
Maintain documentation and work logs to facilitate auditing processes

Required Qualifications

Basic knowledge of blockchain concepts, including wallets, tokens, transactions, and gas fees
Basic database query skills
Experience with ticketing systems like Jira
Strong communication and coordination skills in English
