Job Description:
A company is looking for a Seasonal Interview Coordinator to
support the interview process for high school students applying for
scholarship programs.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service and support to applicants and volunteers
throughout the interview process
Conduct remote and in-person interviews while monitoring progress
and tracking data
Assist with logistical arrangements and technical implementation of
interviews
Required Qualifications and Education
Associate's degree preferred, with a focus on Education,
International Studies, or Communications; Bachelor's degree is a
plus
Strong work ethic and independent project management skills
Proficient in MS Office suite; database experience is a plus
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
Experience with Zoom and conducting webinars preferred
