Job Description:
A company is looking for an Industrial Security Coordinator to
support the Public Trust background investigation process and
assist in the onboarding of new personnel.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general office work, including reviewing and preparing
government security forms
Maintain Personnel Security Databases to track candidate progress
and manage security documents
Contact applicants to obtain additional information and assist with
security form completion
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and 3 - 5 years of relevant
experience
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance; must be a US
Citizen
Experience in administrative tasks, including data entry and
document management
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience working in a shared mailbox is preferred
