Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Design Researcher (Business
Intelligence) to craft user-centered experiences in a healthcare
setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct workshops and apply mixed-method research techniques to
inform design decisions
Collaborate with data visualization designers to shape data
strategies based on user insights
Evangelize UX best practices and deliver measurable solutions that
meet diverse stakeholder needs
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human-Centered Design, Psychology, Human
Behavior, Analytics, or related field
6 years of progressively increasing responsibility in customer
relationship management or customer-facing engagement
3 years of experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis
and insight synthesis
Proficiency in mixed-methods research and task analysis
In-depth understanding of healthcare systems and digital health
trends
