Job Description:
A company is looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead to drive digital
transformation through innovative Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex,
Flows, and APIs
Implement best DevOps practices for streamlined releases and
environment management
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to Salesforce developers
and administrators
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,
Engineering, or a related field
Salesforce certifications: Platform Developer I/II, Application
Architect, Integration Architect
5+ years of Salesforce development experience with proficiency in
LWC, Apex, and Flows
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tools (e.g.,
Jenkins, Git, Copado)
Previous full-stack development experience (JavaScript, HTML/CSS,
Node.js, and SQL)
