Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to support
healthcare delivery remotely in Washington or Oregon.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to schedule preventative care visits for
Medicare Advantage patients
Assist patients with insurance updates and coordinate
appointments
Maintain accurate documentation and follow established policies and
procedures
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
1+ year of customer service or call center experience
1+ year of Microsoft Office experience
1+ year of medical front desk experience (preferred)
1+ year of health plan insurance knowledge (preferred)
