Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Research Scientist (Remote) to
optimize healthcare delivery and improve member health
outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Research, prototype, and scale new ideas to enhance population
health and healthcare delivery
Collaborate with analytic and business teams to set objectives and
evaluate existing programs
Translate analytic results into actionable insights and
recommendations for business partners
Required Qualifications
Master's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Epidemiology,
Biostatistics, or Data Science
5-7 years of professional experience with structured and
unstructured healthcare data
Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using programming
languages like Python or R
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly with claims and
EHR data
Familiarity with clinical concepts related to chronic conditions
such as hypertension and diabetes
