Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote - Roadside Assistance,
Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide empathetic support to customers in roadside emergencies
Efficiently navigate a multi-screen web system while assisting
customers
Communicate effectively with customers and service providers to
ensure timely solutions
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in customer-facing or support roles
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google
Workspace
Experience in a customer service, sales, or technical support role,
preferably in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Must reside in specific states (Alabama, Arizona, Florida, Georgia,
Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, or Virginia)
