Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contact Center Representative I to
provide customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to member inquiries and provide accurate information about
products
Conduct research and resolve various member transactions while
facilitating their experience
Monitor performance metrics and support division projects related
to customer service
Required Qualifications and Education
1-2 years of telephonic customer service experience or equivalent
education/experience
High school diploma or equivalent is required; associate degree
preferred
Ability to apply job skills and working knowledge of company
policies
Experience working within defined procedures and knowing when to
escalate issues
Ability to build working relationships within and outside the
department
