Job Description:
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Otolaryngology (ENT)
Salary: $500K -+ production incentive offered year two
Sign on bonus: $25KK-$50K
$200K Student educational assistance directly from hospital -
Guaranteed.
Relocation: Paid
4-6 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)
CME+ $4,000 +Days
Malpractice paid, claims made, insurance coverage

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Otolaryngology (ENT)
Bread & Butter, (will entertain niche clinical interests) - -
4 days (36-hour -week)
Call: Called by ER after hours, up to physician's discretion how to
handle call.
Support staff: Nurse/MA for support (rooming patients); clerical
staff; other specialists.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Otolaryngology (ENT)
BC Otolaryngology or truly Board Eligible
COMMUNITY Otolaryngology (ENT)
Located less than 30 minutes from Toledo, OH and 1.5 hours from
Detroit, MI
