Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reimbursement Supervisor for their
HMO Billing Team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure timely completion of end-of-month closing deadlines and
report reconciliations
Conduct job-related training for offshore and local staff and
provide performance feedback
Analyze weekly/monthly reports, including denial and transaction
reports
Required Qualifications
1-2 years of related experience
Experience with health insurance claims reimbursement
Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
Ability to manage work shifts and attendance for offshore staff
Willingness to work additional or irregular hours as needed
