Job Description:
A company is looking for a Board Certified Otolaryngologist/ENT
Physician Advisor for Complex Record Review.
Key Responsibilities
Review medical records and address client-specific questions using
established criteria
Provide clear and concise rationale for determinations, supported
by adequate documentation
Maintain proper credentialing and licenses while returning cases by
the due date
Required Qualifications
Board Certified in Otolaryngology (Ear, Nose, and Throat)
Active Indiana State Medical license
Experience in insurance appeals and medical necessity reviews
Ability to utilize nationally recognized evidence-based
guidelines
Independent contractor status (1099) required
