Job Description:
A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist II to prepare
winning proposals and presentations in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
Facilitate kick-off meetings and manage proposal schedules
Collaborate with the team to develop strategy and win themes for
proposals
Lead the development of visual and written content for
proposals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications,
Journalism, or related field
6-8 years of experience in developing architectural and engineering
proposals
Familiarity with the AEC industry and local proposal submission
requirements
Experience with Adobe InDesign and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Suite
Strong project management and organizational skills
