Job Description:
GENERAL FUNCTION: Ensures compliance with significant
federal and state legal and regulatory requirements. Provides
guidance on complex issues related to federal compliance regulations
applicable to
the Payments & Commerce Division
(such as
Treasury Management
products and cash
solutions, wires, and ACH). These
may include typical deposit-related regulations, as well as
Regulation
E, ECOA (Reg. B),
UDAAP, ACH/NACHA
rules. · Initiates and facilitates
collaborative alliances with Affiliate and Line of Business leaders
to develop and implement processes to ensure full compliance with
federal and state rules and regulations. · Serves as expert compliance resource
to Lines of Business. · Establishes and maintains appropriate
advisory relationships with operational units. · Assists Line of Business Compliance
implement effective compliance program; provides oversight to the
process, as appropriate. · Communicates status of compliance in
various areas of the organization to senior
management.
