Job Description:
A company is looking for a Global Account Consultant to manage
relationships with Workforce Mental Health customers globally.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager on international
service delivery
Lead discussions on international agenda items during customer
meetings
Monitor international risks and develop mitigation strategies with
the Customer Success Manager
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience managing customer relationships, with at
least 3 years in an EAP setting
Global experience is highly desirable
Strong project management skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask across multiple customers
Experience negotiating mutually beneficial outcomes between
parties
