to provide specialized business governance and control guidance and
support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide specialized business governance and control advice to
management and teams
Lead the implementation of governance and control initiatives
aligned with business strategy
Manage business governance and control activities across multiple
areas and ensure compliance with internal/external requirements
Required Qualifications
Undergraduate degree preferred
5+ years of relevant experience in governance, risk, and control
environments
Proficient knowledge of governance, risk, and control
procedures
Experience in regulatory compliance management and risk
assessments
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
