environment each day.Your role.Your work will include, but not be
limited to:Provide Manufacturing Operations consulting services for
clients in a variety of industries (Manufacturing & Distribution;
Automotive; Electronics; Food and Beverage; and Medical Device)
which utilize different process technologies (Blending; Forming;
Molding; Stamping; Machining; Fabrication and Assembly)Consult with
clients to identify their business and operational goals, and work
with the team to assess operations, benchmark optimal performance
and identify improvement opportunities, which may include:Lean
Manufacturing / waste reductionThroughput improvementMake vs. Buy
analysisEquipment utilizationManufacturing footprint analysisPlant
floor layoutAutomation and Industry 4.0 conceptsQuality Management
and ImprovementPartner with executives and decision-makers to
develop, communicate and implement recommendationsManage multiple
client teams to execute complex, multi-layered projects and produce
client deliverablesMentor and develop internal staffSupport and
lead practice development activities, including driving proposal
development, attending networking events and identifying new
opportunities at current and targeted clientsThe
qualifications.Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management,
Engineering, Supply Chain Management or business-related field is
required. MBA or Master's is preferred8+ years of project-related
Operations experience in a manufacturing environmentStrong
understanding of plant floor, supply chain and back office
operations; and knowledge of a wide range of plant equipment,
Industry 4.0 concepts and technologies and manufacturing technology
systemsPrevious consulting experience is preferredProficiency in MS
Project, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPointProject Management (PMP)
Certification is a plusFrequent travel throughout the region, with
approximately 50% - 75% overnight travelWould consider hiring a

technical skills and experience and is provided in accordance with
the CO Equal Pay for Equal Work Act.Compensation information posted
is based on a position being located in the state of CO. Please

location.Colorado monthly base range is as follows:$9,583.33 to
$11,666.66We are pleased to offer eligible staff a robust benefits
package. Eligibility and contribution requirements for some of
these benefits vary based on the number of hours staff work per
week. Highlights include health, dental, vision, disability and
life insurance. These standard offerings are effective on the first
of the month following your start date. In addition to this,
eligible staff are able to take advantage of our Flexible Time Off
and various pre-determined holidays as well as a balance fund,
401(k) plan, flexible benefits plans, business-related travel
expense, lodging and meal reimbursement for business-related use. A
Pension plan is also available for eligible administrative and
paraprofessional staff. A discretionary bonus plan is available for

the option to elect health insurance under our contingent staff
medical plan as of the 1st of the month following 60 days of
employment in addition to limited paid time sick time. Seasonal
